Health & wellbeing

We support the health and wellbeing of people in our community. 

For children
Our sports facility is used by amature sports clubs in the evenings, particularly during the winter. We have experiential learning programmes for children to learn about healthy eating and nutrition, how food is produced and the use of end of life food. We also teach children about managing stress and support them develop their resilience. From time to time we run holiday activity clubs and after school activities for children.

For adults
Our facilities are used by various sports and fitness groups. Fitness classes run on weekday mornings, from 6am. The gym is available for bookings throughout the day. Personal training sessions are available to book throughout the week. Bradford Deaf Football Club use our facilities throughout the week, including on Sundays for an open access D/deaf social group.
